–Have total privacy and control over the photos you took, and documents you upload using Document GPS. See who has opened, downloaded or shared them in real time from mobile.

–Document GPS gives you three ways to control your photos and documents directly from mobile:

1. Any photos or documents uploaded to the app from your phone are instantly protected.
2. Use the app to take photos and manage who can have access to them directly from the app.
3. If you have the email extension installed in your browser or desktop email client you can still control everything from mobile, even if you uploaded it from your laptop. –Hyperledger blockchain security protects your photos and documents using ShelterZoom’s innovative Single Source Of Truth ® technology.

–As always, with the Document GPS you can change the permissions any time you want, as many times as you want, even after you have pressed Send. The permissions are updated in real time with the email extension for browsers or laptop email clients so you can move from one to the other with no lag.

–If a recipient shares your photos or documents with others you can see who else has opened them inside your Library.

–There’s no need to search for each recipient one by one. Icons show you instantly what each recipient has done. You can see the entire access history in one place.

–If you don’t turn on Share permissions you can still share your files on a request-only basis. When a recipient tries to access a photo or document they don’t have permission to access you are sent a notification and can decide to turn on access if desired.

–Take a picture using the app and your photo is immediately tokenized and protected with SSOT® technology.

–All activity is connected to your private dashboard so you can see a timestamped log of every event trigger. Every time someone opens, downloads or shares something you have sent using Document GPS it is captured in your dashboard in real time.

–Everything you do from mobile is captured in your Library for easy retrieval. This is the only blockchain-protected way to organize all your attachments without leaving your email account.

–Document GPS is fully scalable, from individual users up to large organizations.

–The mobile app works as a standalone but is also seamlessly integrated with the email extension add-on for browsers so you can upload files from your laptop or desktop and have a larger screen view.
